I'm José-Carlos, a businessman, and a long-time professional trainer. I served multiple international companies, dealing with human resources and productivity.  I have a Master's Degree in Organizational Sociology. Then my natural trend is to observe how people get along with people, and how they grow. The way individuals and companies produce wealth will be always based on human interactions. It all comes down to people. My gift all these years, since graduating from the University of Lausanne, has been this: helping people to realize their best in attaining the best in their careers, their families, with new skills, new mindsets, and new lifestyles.
